How Does it Work?
Tarxia backs are and exclusive product that is integrated in the iphone itself, replacing the back glass battery door of your iphone 4 and 4S with an original back made of Taracea that will protect the device without adding volume or altering its properties and/or performance.
We use a high grade adhesive to do an assembly with the OEM components, being those the camera lens the flash diffusor and the back bezel in which the handmade Taracea back 1 mm thick will be placed as replacement of the original iphone glass back.
Every pack includes the tools needed to do the easy installation; illustrated instructions with the steps to follow, cross-head screwdriver and Pentalobe screwdriver.
IPhone Models
Before placing an order, verify which iPhone model you have to ensure compatibility. The three options are iPhone 4 GSM, iPhone 4 CDMA and iPhone 4S (any carrier).
In order to determine which iPhone 4 model you have, look for the model number below “iPhone” on the original glass back. The two possibilities are A1332 (GSM) or A1349 (CDMA). In the US, the GSM model is used on the AT&T network and the CDMA model is used on the Verizon network.
Shipping
Tarxia iPhone back kits ship via Mail Boxes Express Saver WorldWide and UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Orders are approximately 5-10 days to be assembled since they are handmade. We will work hard to have the orders ready in a shorter time but you should expect 1-2 weeks for a worst case for it to be shipped. Once in transit, delivery times are 24h business days within the Spain and 7-10 business days for the rest of the world. Delivery times for international orders are approximate and it may take longer depending on the customs and mail service in your country.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Apple Warranty
The iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S warranties indicate that any damage to the iPhone due to unauthorized service or use outside the stated guidelines is not covered. We feel confident that this is not an issue due to the simplicity of the installation process. Regardless, we cannot guarantee that Apple will warranty your iPhone if you bring it in for an unrelated issue and you have a Tarxia iPhone back installed. The packaging that your Tarxia iPhone back came in should be used to store your original glass iPhone back so that you can reinstall it before you request warranty service from Apple.

Wood
Traditional handmade products of noble woods as Palo Santo, Ebony, Walnut, Venge, Sycamore, Sapele and Mahogany. Handmade Varnishing with matt finishes that protects the wood in its daily use.
Camera Performance
Tarxia iPhone backs use an OEM lens cover and flash diffuser to maintain the photographic quality of the iPhone. We didn’t observe a significant difference between photos taken with an original iPhone back, and a Tarxia iPhone back.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card. All cards allowed by Paypal secure checkout.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Sales Tax
(21%) is collected for all orders shipped within EU.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Warranty
Before processing your order, please make sure that you have selected the correct model, color, and design style.
We stand by our handcrafted quality and inspect each kit looking for any issues before we ship it.
Exchanges:
We currently do not allow exchanges for our products. For this reason, you must be sure you order exactly what you want and need.
Returns:
All returns must be authorized. Please email us to begin the process. Do not dispose of your order until you have been notified.
Some items can not be returned, merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Wrong Item Shipped:
We make sure orders are correct before shipping. However, if you receive the incorrect item please email us and we will contact you as soon as possible and try our absolute best to resolve the issue.
